The videographer is named Paul Beilstein and works for our local cable company. This was filmed about two weeks ago and shown on our local cable companies local interest channel last night. I have no idea how Father Bill found it.
I was sort of uncertain how this would turn out after the interview. I could not understand at the time why he asked me to sit and page though the MacIan book. But he did a pretty good explanation of the development of the kilt timed to the photos.
