    Old Culloden Tartan thread...

Forgive me if this is the wrong place to post; I hope I'm correct.

Anyhow, I find myself still quite curious whatever happened to the idea first presented at the end of 2008 in the thread entitled Custom-Run of Original Culloden Tartan.

I was quite excited at the time to see if this was going to move forward... I'm holding out some sort of hope.

Don't know about the previous thread but I'm the one that rediscovered the original jacket & am in the process of having some woven up at the moment.

I've been gone for a while, so I'm not quite following what you mean about rediscovering the original jacket...

Joe: I'd still be interested, without a doubt.

    It's here

I was about to ask whether anyone had reported receiving their fabric. When I got home this evening, there was a parcel stuffed into my mailbox.

The adjacent fabric is Lochcarron's ancient colors.

There was never enough interest to justify a double-width run. Minium order for Dalgliesh to weave DW is 16 yards, that's only 4 kilts (or 8, if 4yd box pleats...

I think we can get enough interest to make a 16 yard run

How much are we talking per yard?
