Nightstalker arrived today
First impression: YEEEEEEEEHAAAAAAA! I LOVE this thing! I haven't had an opportunity to wear it yet, but the construction is top notch, and I'll be able to fit everything I need to carry on a regular basis in it easily. Now I just have to rise to the challenge of finding a sporran strap to fit a man of my girth.
BTW- I ordered this Tuesday and it arrived today! (Thursday) Kudos to Jerry and his crew at Stillwater for their skill in the manufacture of the sporran, and their efficiency at getting my order processed so quickly. Thanks guys!

You can get some nylon belting strap and buckles at Hancock Fabrics. Wal-mart also!

Go to any sporting goods store (like REI) and for a couple of bucks, pick up a gear or duffle strap. It even comes with a buckle.

As regards sporran straps for those of larger girth, I found Kiltstore did an all-leather sporran strap (no chain) in up to XXL (54-62 inch). It's available in black brown or khaki.
I ordered one of the XXL's (I'm a 46 kilt waist) and found it too long, and had to swap down a size.
Best regards

Congratulations on the nightstalker, I got to order one, but convincing the wife that I need it is the big problem, I am sure you will love it.

Congrats! Although I don't have the NightStalker sporran, I do have three standard kilts from Jerry and they are great. If you are considering a custom sporran belt, check out RKilts. Robert makes a beauty with braided leather in place of chains.

Tolja!
For casual wear--and style--you can't beat that Nightstalker. I wear mine with one of those straps the CavScout makes. That way, it doesn't have to be buckled because of those cool fasteners.
