15 minutes of fame!
Last week the whole family sort of took off on a Grand Tour of southern Wisconsin. We ended up in Madison on Saturday. My son is a fan of the NPR show "What do You Know?" so as long as we were there...
Anyway, I was kilted, and comfortable, and stageside. Ididn't get picked for the quiz ( the intimidation factor ?) but my son was!!! If there are any fans out there, he was on the first part of the quiz, name of Taylor and my kilt , skirt :-( , was mentioned.
Just thought that was kinda cool !

Taylor and his partner got 3 of the four questions right. My son even got a mild rebuke from jim packard! " please stop stepping on my lines".
I guess neither one of us knows when to keep quiet!

No kidding? I heard that in the car this weekend. He handled himself very well, especially with the "skirt" comments. But Michael was correct in his pronunciation of "sporran".
