    A lotta lotta pics

    The whole weekend just disappeared.
Fri morning before the start of another set of adventures ...

Not long after the above pic we took off for a walk in the country and a pub lunch.

Passed this sign at the entrance to a farm

Thats the only pics from this walk .. I've posted pics before from it and the pub.
Fri eve we had a map meeting about our walk for sun. They stuck the hat, shades and pipe on me for the pic ... we had a good night, it was a laff!

Keith just before launching off ...

Unfortunately it ended up here ... it did break all the nose etc .. we stuck it in a mole hill for effect.

Thats the only pics I got from the flying ...

Sat eve and we had to go to the church hall. I offered to run our pa system for a Auction that was taking place to raise money for The Guide Dogs for the Blind. It was a really great night and very well supported.

    Taking a break

These guys were getting really bored

Just before we set off back home after packing everything up. The auction raised £1500 for the Guide Dogs ...

Sun morning 7am and were at the central bus station waiting for our bus. We decided on walking up Penyfan, the highest mountain in South Wales.

The bus was crammed in the end and they had to put another bus on. The bus we were on had a cycle trailer on the back as well.
When we eventually reached a forestry commission centre many people got off and unhooked their bikes to set off somewhere. I had never seen a bike like this before.

A stop later and we got off and took to the track we needed ..

    Its a long haul up

But we kept beavering away ..

The bicycle is called a recumbent bicycle - they are quite popular here in the USA.
