Love the bonnet, but it would look better with my Heritage of Scotland kilt.
And you two make such a cute couple.....

These are the style of hat I wear with or without the kilt most of the time. I call them driving caps.
    * I've removed the picture, so it won't appear twice.

I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…

Click it to make it bigger. (I am aware that I have the flashes on incorrectly.)

And I think this hat in the picture came from the store called Lids. It's a brand called Kangaroo.
Ted, that's a sharp hat. Sadly I can't wear hats because I'm usually outside the range when "one size fits most"!

And as a service to my fellow X-marker I humbly submit the following picture for future use. The flash has been Photoshopped out!

Like Ted I like these kind of caps, though I prefer the eight-panel jobs (a.k.a Newsboy, etc)
-- what I call the "working class chap's cap"
(more about these on this thread: http://www.xmarksthescot.com/forum/r...09/index8.html)

I'm expecting my new one to arrive tomorrow (this is it):

in a style thats called "Extra-Full Cut":
