Scotweb has them. Just click on their ad at the top right of this page. (They advertise here)
The Grand Lodge of Scotland has them as well.

The Masonic kiltpins sold by Scotweb and others are the only kiltpins I've seen that were Masonic. However, The Masonic Exchange has the 32 degree lapel pins. Perhaps one of them could be used as a kilt pin
