from Toronto, Ontario and congratulations on the upcoming nuptials. As to getting the Graham tartan, (I too am a Graham) I can't help but wonder how much time do you have as this will determine a few things. there was a Graham of Mentieth tartan kilt for sale recently in the for sale section of the site. The Graham of Mentieth was approved for wear if I'm not mistaken a few years ago, however I will look into the exact dates on that.
Renting it may not be an option, for my Brothers wedding a few years ago we went through Hector Russell here in Toronto here is the website for them:
www.kiltscanada.com
I've not used this vendor but a google search found the House of McLaren they have the Graham tartan in their list of available tartans.

Welcome from the middle of North Carolina.
Can't help you find your tartan, but could you help me convince my daughter to elope and save me the expense of a wedding?!?!?!

What is your time frame? Graham of Mentieth is available in Poly-Viscose from USA Kilts. For an extra fee they can put you to the front of the line and get you a kilt in 2 weeks or less.
Canadian Casual Kilts in Fergus (near Toronto) also lists Graham of Mentieth as a stock PV tartan.
Graham of Montrose appears to be available only in wool (a very hansome tartan). Most kiltmakers don't stock wool fabrics so ordering from Scotland will likely add some time.
