And season's alliterations to you!
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…
Yes, I have squirrels in my brain…

Re: Seasons Greetings
Dear Santa,
I don't want much for Christmas, I just want the person reading this to be happy .
Friends are the fruit cake of life - some nutty, some soaked in alcohol, some sweet - but mix them together and they're my friends.
Love ya..
Send this to all your fruit cakes.

Re: Seasons Greetings
A Very Merry Xmas/Hanukkah/Eid/Diwali/Yuletide/Kwanzaa and a Happy and Prosperous New Year to one and all!
(OK, some of those may have passed already or may not even be at this time of year, but it's the thought that counts, right?)
And for good measure - Gung Hei Fat Choy!
That's Cantonese Chinese for Happy New Year, although I confess I don't know when Chinese New Year falls. Ironically, I have lots of Chinese co-workers, but they all speak Mandarin and this means nothing to any of them.
I learnt it from someone who had lived in Hong Kong, where Cantonese is spoken. It does seem to be well received in Chinese restaurants, even for our New Year, rather than theirs. I assume that many of them are from Hong Kong.
