Now comes the hard part ... The wait. Hurtin already ...

Since I joined the Kilted Krue, Iv wanted a "MacLean".

Iv become kilted. Im gettin my tartan. Whats the next thing in the progression? Should I be lookin for a 12 step group?

    Sanx again Cuz

    4 or 5 weeks... Nothing...

Of course the next Q is... Jacket? Sporran? Socks? Then, well what type of jacket, casual or dress... And what colour... And what fabric...

5 weeks will just fly by...

Well youre not help at all.

4 kilts isnt too many is it? I do need afew different colors & maybe some poly/cotton 1s for knockin round. I have room in the closet. I think I need some more hangers though. Ive got a sporran, but theres an auction for a real nice horse hair 1. Iv got 1 set of off white hose. I was lookin at SportKilts hose lastnight. Some of those jackets look pretty nice dont they. I wonder if my son would part with his MacLean kilt pin? ... Its already too late isnt it? " I admit that Im powerless against the power of the kilt. ".

4 isn't even the start. There are people with 4 who wear them only on special occasions! There are @ 20 in my stable right now, and waiting on another from Rocky at USAK right now.

Let's ask it from another perspective, how many pairs of shoes do you have?

I asked Bob Friday, if theres any material left over could you send it with the kilt? So I could make some flashes.
He said, he would include a pair.

    Re: I did it!

Knotty, me thinks your friend Madmacs was just being kind to you when he listed the next items you will be looking for. He forgot to mention, cap, pin for cap, kilt belt, buckle, kilt pin, sgian dubh, shoes (ghillies or not) and the list goes on. I would suggest not just one 12 step group but maybe 2 or 3.
Congratulations on taking the first step, however, and have fun with it. You are going to love the feel of wear a kilt.

Sir Sean' mama's tartan....a fine choice.

Ya don't need all the accessories if you wear it alone at the beach...or riverside....
