Stumptown Kilts
I've written about these guys before but I had another chance to look them over at the Sonora Celtic Faire this weekend. -> BUILT. Highly recommended, especially if you like their very different apron style. I would own one of their kilts.

i have one of there kilts in brown, it is a very nice build kilt and sturdy too. your right about there apron, not only is it in the V shape but to get that look it folds back over from the right to left. never seen one like that before now.
it has become my favorite behind my 5 yard wool ones.

I do not care for the shape of the apron. It makes it appear like the corners are tucked in. I like everything else about it though.

As a side note -
Two years ago Stumptown Kilts was one of our advertisers. At the time they were having problems with hackers on their website. The owners are still members here but not active.
I'm glad they found and fixed the glitches in their website and hope the owners choose to begin posting to the forum again.

Chipping in on the above comments, I would like to understand this issue with the aprons. What is wrong with a nice traditional style apron? I have seen this narrowing of the aprons on various modern kilts and fail to understand the appeal.
