Yet another stolen photo. Uggh
Not sure where to put this....
Just spied an ad on etsy featuring two photos from RKilts.
The listing is seen here: http://www.etsy.com/listing/15706040...earch_type=all
and here:
http://www.etsy.com/listing/15706317...shop_home_feat
And you guessed it...they are in Pakistan.
Have reported the seller to etsy. Just figured I would let the rabble know.

As a very happy customer of Robert's you can bet money that the quality is non existent, where as Robert turns out a premium product.
I have no untapped wealth to do it on a lark, but it would be fun to see what showed up at your door if you ordered one.

I'm curious about what a Spooran is? I've never heard of one and would really like to know.

A spooran is a poorly made pouch for keeping used tissues from crying about your lousy Pakistani kilt!

Are digital cameras really that hard to come by in that corner of the world? I am always shocked / dismayed / annoyed when the product in the photo (in highland wear or any industry) is not the actual product the seller is selling. I can understand companies who sell Lochcarron products using Lochcarron's "stock" photos (b/c it's approved by the company to sell their products), but stealing images of similar (but different) products is annoying at best and deceptive at worst.

Perhaps they haven't made one of their own yet and are waiting for the first order...

This might be a little out of keeping with the last post - but I can lend some experience on how to chase up who is using your photos online.
google has a wonderful new feature.
if you go to www.google.com
then click "images"
then drag and drop your image onto the search bar ...
google will do a graphical search, and show matches.
It's a nice way to harass plagiarists, no matter where they try to hide their content.
(edit) if you REALLY have troubles, send a nice email equiry to them, tracing the origin of an email is easier than you may think.

there must be some misunderstanding to you let it clear please. And secondly do you have any kind of proof for your claim???
Unfortunately, these chaps are salespeople running a business from their bedroom, they are told to get on the internet and sell a product having no clue what they are selling.
