Are you allowed to have Black Friday Sales without a Thanksgiving?

Overseas and offshore this year for the Blackest of Fridays, so I will be doing my ordering online.

The Salvation Army stores are running sales (at least for all the Southern region) where all clothes are a US dollar an item. Those of us on budgets, that seek curious environments and share the thrill of finding odd things in unlikely places, enjoy this sort of shopping.
