Do not purchase a utility kilt from "quality1trader".
He never sent the one I bought, never sent anything, no communication, no refund. Still trying to get a refund through paypal.

Not necessarily. I had the same problem with a vendor in Japan who took my money and folded up shop. Paypal did not rectify the blatant fraud, and this is but one reason why I refuse to use them any longer.

If Paypal is hooked up to your credit card, try them for assistance. I had really good luck that way, and suddenly the overseas vendor decided to contact me after repeated attempts with eventual satisfactory results.

Straight to my Spanish bank which is useless at the best of times. Paypal have given him until the 24th to respond with information they asked for. I have now bought another 5.11 TDK instead but would rather have had my refund first.

I just had a look and the only thing I could find him advertising was a harp, with a 96% positive rating. Is there a problem with the reference?
