The 'Reply with Quote' is just below the post you are currently reading, on the right side.

I think you are looking for the 'Reply to Thread' button which is after the last post, at the bottom of the thread. It is blue and located on the left side.

Don't worry, it took me a while to figure it out, too.

I believe I can google items compared to the best "devil-net hunters". This is from the Black realm that I dare not venture into. Father Bill bless then for they have damaged my sensibilities. This makes the "Not putting in on properly" thread seem tame.
