Researching starting a business

Hi all,

Stumbled across the site as part of my research. Already gleaned quite a bit from a few of the threads and enthused by the community and willingness to help.

I don't have a background in weaving, tartans or fabrics so it's a steep learning curve for me to try and get up to speed. So far everyone I've engaged with has been really helpful (except one mill, who will remain nameless).

I've got a whole host of questions but I'll continue using the search function to see if they've been mentioned already before asking mine. If I post in the wrong thread apologies.
