We once again held our Food Bank charity auction at work in December and here I am as "Santa Bill" - the emcee for the event.

We raised over $5400 from the event!

We kept our tradition of visiting the Butchart Gardens on Christmas eve to enjoy their wonderful lights,

A bit off topic but my Mum loves Butchart Gardens and visits every time she is in Victoria.

A few days of post-Christmas R&R at the Pillar and Post Inn and Spa in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario.

Just heading off to dinner. The Maple Leaf tartan always seems to suit the season.

Way to go, Ian! You and your brother look great and I really like that Pennsylvania State tartan.

By the way, welcome to X Marks from down here in lower, slower Delaware.

Simon Fraser fought as MacShimidh, a Highland chief… wrapped and belted in a plaid over the top of his linen shirt, like his ordinary kinsmen. He put a bonnet on his head, and stuck the Fraser emblem, a sprig of yew, in it. With the battle cry, A'Chaisteal Dhunaidh and the scream of the pipes, they charged to battle. Scotland is only 1/5 the size of Montana, but Scotland has over 3,000 castles and Montana has none.
