Not exactly what you are asking after, but I really like the way this deSantis police duty belt looks with the kilt. I purchased it from Optics Planet through their Amazon store front.

Thanks for posting the DeSantis, I'm going to try and find one my size (at the Amazon price).

One bit of advice, the sporran belt should be below (but not under) the kilt belt, not cross over it. This will also prevent the chain from marring the finish on the kilt belt.
