Why don't you offer to "standardize" their uniforms by offering your kilts at a discounted rate to the owner (if he buys at least 6 or 7 of them). Free advertising for you and better looking staff for him...

Where I live Fergus Ontario it's sometimes can be a little difficult but I still go out in my kilt usually I wear my denim kilt which atttracts a ton of attention, but not to far a away in the town of Guelph a pub there called Frugal Macdougals offers a free pint to the gents that wear a kilt, a great way to start the night, next weekend about 40 of us are doing a kilted pub crawl and have contacted all the pubs we plan to invade and they all seem very excited we even rented a bus to go out to Toronto and really turn it up a knotch.!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like you have a well established group put together there in Fergus! Be sure to take some pictures of your pub crawl and post them in your personal gallery space.
