Thanks you, Sherry. I have not heard of these - perhaps we don't have them in the UK!

As far as an upgrade goes, maybe you can call in the Changing Room people to help.
Now, there's a thought! However, if you are thinking of the British TV show, what they do is usually pretty tacky and mainly 'cosmetic'. 'Better Homes' is a much more satisfactory programme and, besides, one of the designers - John Amabile - is always kilted!! If they did anything, however, it would involve an extension being built onto my home ..... not that that would be a bad thing!!

A mailing tube might also work. They come in various diameters and lengths.

Good idea, but then the tube has to be stored somewhere!

    other storage ideas

Everyone should try hitting up their wealthy friends (or whisky sales representatives) for the boxes in which fancy whisky is stored. The wife and I were at a whisky tasting during the Estes Park highland festival (I highly recommend this festival) and I convinced the sales rep that they didnt need the empty box any longer.
I obtained the box for the 30yr Glenfidditch which was made of dovetailed wood and it holds the flashes, sporran (a freelander), sgian dubh and kilt pin quite nicely. In my closet, all i have to do is look for the whisky box and I ahve all my accesories ready!
