you gotta meet up with my kilted krew at some point. one of the biggest laughs i have had in recent memory is of the looks (and the attempts to hide the same) from the NYCers as a buncha guys in kilts, black boots & heavy black jackets (it was winter) got on the L train to head out for a night of carousing
here is a bad pic taken with my camera phone

and heres another taken by one of the kilters who had had a beverage or two too many (yes there is such a thing)

we are planning another kilt night soon - hope you can join us!

Welcome from the Windy City, and a town that has fewer kilt wearers than NYC! At least based on my own experience. We can't even get together enough kilt wearers for a kilt night. It would only be Auld Argonian and I and we are afraid we could not consume enough between us to keep up the Scots reputation!

    Welcome,

Like Kilted KT I also have a UK Basil Survival. Think you're gonna love it. I find my self chosing it a lot.

Survivals are great to fly in. Just unsnap the cargo pockets to go through security. Pics of the basil in my gallery if you want to jones more.

And, would you believe, I've actually been to The Bronx...back about 1970...used to work in NYC.
