that pattern is called "sun burst"
couldn't find any like that, the stuff i found looks more like
digi camo, only in acid trip kinda colours.

There probably are, Kismet. The first Utilikilts were pleated virtually all the way round. They were not wrap-arounds but were a step-in design with a zip fly, and were known as the 'Standard' style, as opposed to the current 'Neo-Traditional'.
This was my first Utilikilt - a now very much faded (it was originally Caramel in colour) Workmans 'Standard' model which has the zip fly.

The two snaps at centre front are not fastening snaps but are part of the 'modesty snap' arrangement which, in my experience, never worked very effectively!
