These suggested kilt pin laws only apply to long pins. Unless I'm dressed up, I normally wear a round pin badge. How do you like them apples, eh?

The Kilt pin code was a secret messaging system used by highlanders for various purposes, such as raising forces for Jacobite risings or clandestine assignations. Unfortunately, it has been long lost with the sands of time. Which leads to my guess is that she was politely trying to ask THE QUESTION.
