Tartan Parliamentary Debate

This afternoon's business in The Scottish Parliament includes a Stage One debate on The Scottish Register of Tartans Bill.

Well it was an interesting debate and good to see stage one of the Tartan registration bill being passed. For those of us who have our tartans registered at present with either the STA or WTR or both, it is good to see that both databases are going to be used as the foundation of the new proposed official register.
