    Nope, I meant "Sigler-ism".

    I was referring to author Scott Sigler who had a character that used that phrase repeatedly.

    I do know the rules...unfortunately the artist apparently doesn't. Plus, caricatures are supposed to exaggerate things, so that must be it.
