The bottom figure is a Black Watch cobbler.
The chap who made them is called Dan Morton, he lives on your side of the pond in the midwest.
I'm famillar with Dans work through his postings on another forum

That's wonderful work! It "fooled" Rob Macdonald, the Seaforth's kilt-maker and historian in Vancouver, Rob Baxter, a well-respected porcelaine auction and me who has a small collection of similar(but not as fine) sentimental pieces into thinking it was really First War vintage.

Thanks for posting this. It's not where I found the pics, but is even better because I've had several people ask me where they could get one.

FYI...I contacted the sculptor...he offers the cobbler in several variations, in resin, for a very reasonable a little under $50.00. The catch...it is a kit and unpainted.

Put together and painted by the fellow who did the originals, the price is ten times that much.
