Well, Squeaky, that's a rather personal question isn't it!?
I think there were five snakes. Really puts the Centauri to shame doesn't it?
Be well,

Very interesting posts one and all. I don't feel bad about carrying the car charger anymore.

I carried a personal item for my wife one time that gave a few fellows a big laugh when it came poking out of my sporran late in the evening.
Other than that, I guess a small .32 with an extra clip would be it.

Well, I've had the handcuffs, badge, and Miranda card in mine, but no spare 9mm mag. Of course, I'm not in the Kilt Police, and my agency issues the .40S&W, so that would explain the lack of 9mm Also, I didn't consider the contents to be that odd...
As for odd, the last time I wore my leather sporran, I found three marbles in it which I have no idea where they came from. Anyone lose their marbles?

Good, Jock! Okay, I'd say the snakes have outstranged everything else.

Hooray for Babylon 5 Fans!!!
Although the question I had was what kind of snakes were they, and why were they there?!?
I don't know that I've ever had anything too out of the ordinary in mine: ID, debit card, knife (before I had hose), phone, wallet, change, etc.
