I'm also getting a bit of an addiction for kilts... maybe just looking at the tartans and ordering them though!
I've managed to get myself a Campbell Ancient that wont be here in time for The Gathering in Edinburgh so rather than hiring or wearing my casual for the weekend I'm considering using a faster kiltmaker for the Auld Lang Syne tartan which should be ready in time.
the Auld Lang Syne will be 13oz, 8 yard - more for daywear if I get it and my Campbell Ancient is 16oz, 8 yard

The first step is recognizing your addiction, and I think you have that one down already. Just don't seek treatment until it somehow seriously interferes with your lifestyle or daily functioning.

Feels good to have a bit of a passion for something though, doesn't it?

Working on my 13th kilt in under two years, and considering my 14th (have to sneak that one past the wife somehow).

    Jeff :ootd:
