Regardless of Tartans, these are great kilts. Why on earth do you say it will be the last ones?

Greetings all, 5 August, 536amMST
Again, many thanks to all of you who have posted so many kind comments about my work. It is humbling. My thanks again also to Barb T., and her continued help along the way. I must say that these two have turned out better than others I have made in the past. Must get around to making my own new kilt one of these days.
Fide et Fortitudine, aye!
T.

I checked with the Scottish Tartans Authority to see if they have it listed.
They do. It, however is registered as "Welsh District", registration # 1523, registered in 1967.
I would like to see a picture of what you are calling "Welsh National" just out of curiosity.
The commonly accepted Wales National Tartan is the St Davids (Brithwe Dewi Sant) registration no 5746.
And here is a photo of me wearing it in St Davids!

Welsh National Tartan

The St. David's tartan was designed in 2002 by Sheila Daniels for the Welsh Tartan Centre in Cardiff. It is marketed as a national tartan by that company. But it would be wrong to call it "The Welsh National Tartan" as there is already a tartan on record by that name, designed in 1967.
The kilt pictured in this thread is the 1967 tartan.
