Run in with "Kilt Police"

Right on! but...

I have never seen anyone wearing a Kilt with with pleats forward. Other than in pictures that is... Not sure how I'd handle it if I did.

I saw a guy in disneyland last month with the pleats forward. If I hadn't been on a bus, I would have taken the time to talk to him.
He was pretty young though...maybe he wanted to make a statement and knew exactly what he was doing??
