I look forward to seeing this rig in person sometime.

In person is the ONLY way to fully appreciate these beauties!

Now I'm wondering. . .The skins of critters with the fur/hair still on them are considered suitable for sporrans worn on formal occasions. Presumably the same would apply if the beast has placoid scales/dermal denticles instead?

Though if we wore it formally and some Kilt Kop did object, we could always just sacrifice them. . .

That's the theory I'm working on- I think the devilfish sporran in black could very possibly be the most versitile of all possible sporrans, as it should look killer for formal, but doesn't look anything short of BA for casual, as well.
