Well,we kilties are making it a tradition to wear our kilts on Paddy`s day,its as valid as having parades or taking drink on the day-both of which were NOT Irish traditions until we imported them circa 1997 from the Irish Diaspora in America and now of course everyone thinks they were always the way.A traditional St Patrick`s day in Ireland was a day when pubs were closed and you attended mass,very exciting....
