That is a work of art! I really like your choice of colors. Having made a couple of sporrans and various other leather working projects myself I can tell that a lot of time went into that. Where did you get the pattern for the sporran itself? I don't think I'm ready to tackle that kind of lacing but I'd love to make a simple military style sporran like that for myself.
