Not so sure I want to wear a sporran too often with a canvas kilt. I had considered Riverkilt's suggestion of vests, also, but that might be a little too hot in the summer.
My canvas kilt has no pockets, as it is, and I'm trying to adapt it just a little. This pocket would be where a kilt pin might go, and might be big enough to hold keys or something small.
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…
