A Modern-Day Duke in Scabal: His Grace the Duke of Argyll
Greetings,
Below is a link to wonderful article written in Scabal's Bespoken magazine, featuring an interview with His Grace the Duke of Argyll and a lively discussion regarding bespoke clothing. You can easily download the article in PDF format to your desktop.

His Grace the Duke of Argyll and Gregor Thissen, CEO of Scabal. Note His Grace's kilt hose in the deep/dusty pink colour - I have a similar pair of hose - works great with the 'ancient' green and blue colour scheme in the Campbell tartan.
I am also quite fond of the lighter coloured stag horn buttons on His Grace's jacket and waistcoat, which are indeed made of genuine stag horn. I am in the process of replacing all of my tweed jacket buttons, which have stag horn 'effect' buttons, with the real thing and in the lighter colour. HRH Prince Charles can be seen wearing the same style of buttons whilst in Highland day attire. Very smart and different look in my opinion.
"The kilt has to be in tune with
your body, you have to move as one. Just
like a bespoke suit a well made kilt is a
projection of your character. When I wear
the kilt comfort is all important and it
makes me proud to be a Campbell."
