It's a BRAND NEW Hand Sewn Kilt in the Cumming Hunting / Buchan Modern (it has 2 names) tartan in Lochcarron 16 oz cloth. Measurements are 41 X 42 X 25. One MINOR glitch with it (and the reason it's so cheap) is that it's missing the reverse pleat on the under apron. It's not a HUGE deal, but it's not perfect, so we're having another made for the customer and trying to sell this one for below cost.
