Well, it's come to my attention that I just can't sit idle. So, while bored tonight I turned once more to fire and tongs. This time to make an annular brooch.
I started with carbon steel. Some fire and hammering later I have a textured brooch. I made two recesses on either side to aid in pin retention. For now a sharpie is acting as placeholder.
Soon, a prong of whitetail antler will take its place.
