His team mate is Scottish and he wants one too. Obviously it is not a wool kilt. Does anyone have any idea where to get one that is suitable for outdoor wet pursuits. Sounds just like home! 
A synthetic kilt will dry quickly when it gets wet. Cotton could lead to hypothermia in all but the hottest weather.
