I've heard of chow chow but never tried it - it's now on my list! I could do cod for sure - maybe haddock (not sure if I've had that or not) Bear in mind that I am 50 years old and until about 8 years ago my entire seafood experience was Red Lobster or Long John Silvers. Even though I live in Florida. I'm a little embarrassed by that, lol. But at least I'm looking to learn. My wife was born and raised here in Orlando and her favorite restaurant is Red Lobster even though I can get us to 100 restaurants within an hour of here that caught fish this morning. SHE's the one who should be embarrassed. But I have just enough sense to not point that out to her too often.
