Kilt Modesty Rant

I wear my kilts mostly when I'm doing outdoor activities and I'm very active in the Boy Scout program. When I'm in public, especially around the Scouts, I wear some kind of underwear. I'd hate for the wind to pull a Marilyn Monroe and get me branded as a sex offender and therefor, prohibited from ever working with Scouts again. I much prefer going regimental, and around the house I do, but in public, I am covered so that I don't get arrested.
