evening out the spacing on the side of your hips
If anyone was thinking of moving the buckles on your kilts, in order to make the spacing on the side of your hips (IE correcting the fact that the pleats come all the way up to the left or right side of the apron, and on the opposing side, they come up 4 or 5 inches short) DO NOT DO IT!!! You'll end up taking off your buckles, moving them, sewing them, realising you are dumb like me, and then moving them back to the original position. What a wonderfull world I live in!
well, just some good advice.
