Did someone ask about kilts in cold weather?

Victoria does have a snow plow but the guy who knows how to run it vacations in Arizona all winter.

So, Steve, is that perhaps an explanation for why the Zambonie operator was out, in Victoria's streets?
Here in 'the Valley' we got over 2 feet of snow, then freezing rain.
I've been out in a kilt, in a nor'easter, will minus17C wind chill, and in 1/12 ft of snow, and was quite comfortable..though I have bought a pair of woollies, to be made into kilt-johns
