Balmoral Kilt arrived.
It arrived yesterday, the kilt is beautifull, the quality as far as I can say, it is my first kilt, superior. Very happy, looks even better than I imagined.
I wish the customer service had been as superior as the kilt is.
After English isn’t my native language I’m trieing to do as much as possible in writing. First contact started with me asking some questions by email, never got a respons, only after I gave a not so favourable rating on facebook, I got in contact with a women called Margaret with facebook messenger. We texted a few times back and forth, till she stoped answering.
I was close to go with a companie from Dartmouth, NS, but desided to go with Burnett’s & Struth, I asked Margaret if the offer of the 10% discount still stands, never got an answer.
I orderd the kilt by phone, everything went relly well for the ordering part, after I didn’t got an order confirmation, I called again and they sent it by email and told me they will keep me updated on the progress.
After two weeks I thought it would be time to ask if there was some progress made, I sent an email, after a few days without a responce, I asked Margret via facebook and some hours later I got an email. I was told the kilt would be finished on 13th of December and sent right away to me.
Next thing I know was a surprice yesterday as my kilt arrived in the mail.
