About the Queen Mary Scots Festival, the weather is usually perfect. We have had rain a couple times and cold weather a few times. This weekend has wonderful weather.
One year there was a sudden unexpected blast of heavy drenching rain that caught one Pipe Band just as they were marching to The Circle. Happily I was in the Beer Tent at that moment! We all felt sorry for them and admired their concentration.
Anyhow I'm heading out shortly for the Queen Mary. Those attending, see you there!
