    What's wrong with this picture?

So, I really want to respectfully tell this guy what's wrong with his kilt, but since I am so new to the Kilt Life myself and haven't gotten my first one yet (I have 2 ordered), I wanted to pick the brains of the seasoned vets on here. While there are some fashion faux pas, my greatest focus is on the kilt itself.

    Here's what I see:
    1. His over shirt is not tucked in
    2. His socks aren't long enough
    3. The pleats are in the front
    4. It looks like there could be an elastic band at the bottom of the pleats (look at his right leg) and/or they are sewn down so that they don't flatten
    5. It is too long
    6. Not sure, but it looks like there is a loose piece of cloth just kinda hanging there next to his left leg

Is this a type of kilt that I have not seen before? Please help.
