Looking for Irish Heritage kilt and flashes

I hate to rain on your parade, but I don't think these kilts are polyviscose material. At $50 per 8 yard kilt, it's impossible the material is actually PV. It is likely acrylic. Also, their website says dry clean only, but one of the advantages of PV is that it's machine washable, so either it's not PV or the seller doesn't know much. Just my two cents.

Or it could be viscose-acetate, which sellers often label as polyviscose...most likely in the hopes that vaguely-informed customers won't know the difference. I bought a billie kilt from Tartanista that actually said it was viscose-acetate in the listing, and it had the exact same feel as my own "polyviscose" tartan utility kilts from UT. While it is a bit harder-wearing and (arguably) nicer than acrylic, it still doesn't compare to Marton Mills' PV.
