For Gung Haggis Fat Choy, I have researched Chinese New Year on the web and in books - same as for Scottish Hogmanay and Robbie Burns Dinners. In fact, for my very first Gung Haggis Fat Choy dinner, at which we had 16 people in a living room - I photocopied a description of a Burns supper from the Vancouver Public Library - where I work.

Sorry I can't really recommend a particular or favorite web site. Such a list of web sites for both Chinese New Year and Robbie Burns Dinners would be a good addition to www.gunghaggisfatchoy.com

For now, I shall simply content myself to writing reviews of me performing accordion in my kilt.

Speakin' of which... Come to First Night Vancouver www.firstnightvancouver.ca to witness the Family version of Gung Haggis Fat Choy. David McIntosh from Battery Opera will be joining me on stage.

There will be a Chinese bagpiper - Zhongxi Yu of Dragon River Shadow Puppet Theatre.[/url]
