That brown leather Day sporran is interesting due to the badge, one that I've never seen before. It has the look of a military badge but if so it's an unfamiliar one. I think it's yet another instance of the aftermarket sticking of badges on sporrans, something that's been the ruin of many an otherwise fine sporran.
Here's another brown Day sporran for a great price, unmarked but clearly a vintage Scottish-made item, probably made prior to the advent of press buttons.

and another brown Day sporran, said to be a Scout one though it's not the usual BS pattern, but rather a standard adult pattern. It's stamped RG Lawrie, pretty cool.
