A wee hello!

Just a wee hello. I’ve been lurking for a month or 2, so it’s only right that I introduce myself.

I’m originally from the north of Scotland but I’ve been marooned slightly south of the border for a few years.

Family and work are in the central belt of escocia so I spend a great deal of time at home.

I’ve been a proud kilt wearer all my adult life and I must confess I’ve never put much thought into it.

Well that’s all changed now as I’m getting married next year and I’m using the wedding as an excuse to fulfil a lifelong dream and have my own kilt made.

I will hopefully post something about it in due course as well as the Sgian Dubh I’ve had made.
