Here's a funny (and just wee "off-colour") poem about a Scottish cowboy I found today while surfing the net:

Scottish Cowboy

There was a Scottish cowboy
who joined the hands one day
looking for some strays
that had wandered out our way.

His kilt blew above his waist
as he shook out a loop
and all the cowboys laughed
and gave a cowboy whoop.

He burred out a Celtic curse
and said he felt no shame
about his great endowment;
'twas a grand one to proclaim.

The cowboys glanced again
and then they laughed no more
for that Scot's endowment
was nothing to deplore.
